Paving
Block paving looks superb for decades — as long as it’s restrained correctly. Most sunken, rutted or spreading paving comes down to edge courses laid on sand instead of concrete, or a sub-base that was never deep enough.
We do it the long way round: full dig-out, compacted sub-base, screeded sharp sand, blocks cut in on a saw rather than snapped, then vibrated and kiln-dried sand brushed through.
